mmmmphs stayed back in school today doing absolutely nothing except a tiny bit of econs, frisbee, and talking to the darling thirteeners :) i love randomly getting together with them and talking nonsense even though my new class is great hahaha but it's really different from the thirteeners.

school's been great, didn't fall asleep at all today hahaha a great achievement! econs was fine thank god for mr how, chem was fine strangely enough. and i'm not that behind on schoolwork so yayyyyyyyyyy haha frk i feel super weird

Hello world i'm normal now i promise. yah less swearing from now on, I think i really scared chelsea today on our way home but never mind it was a one-off thing. I've more or less resigned myself to the fact that it is impossible...but for once in my life i've got many many many supportive friends willing to listen to me (and slam them for me) so it's a lot easier this time.

school's been greatttttttttt:) finally starting actual classes, running around getting lost along with the rest of 10s7p, phoning kai and joey during breaks, spam-messaging to stay awake during 1.5 hour long econs lectures, thanking my lucky stars i have awesome classmates who volunteer to swap places with me during bloody freezing lectures where i intelligently sit under the aircon, who tell the teacher i'm sick so they let me sleep, for my lovely CT who was really concerned, for all the girls and guys who told me to take care, to YT for trying to alleviate my guy problems HAHA, also to YT whose girl problems I tried to alleviate without any use SORRY!, seeing my juniors while going to the gym solely to gossip, hw's awesome way of upholding our truce^^, donovan who awesomely volunteered to photocopy the damned timetable for me, running into bry and qsit during breaks and being one of the unlucky recepients of bry's vulgar pickup lines, cutting lines at the fishtank, adding lots of !!!s to my messages to get my point across, smsing you to save me and you actually phoning to ask what the heck is up, the joy i get when typing "not lag at all" when I receive your messages.

i really love my class and that's half the battle wonnnnnn, so much better than some classmates who still can't really connect with their classes :( good luck zinc/doey!

wow i'm damn bored so i'll just post now yeah after neglecting my blog for a thousand years. school has been awesome, meeting my OG, OG bonding, wet games, dry games, the high we experienced after winning our first game, sim's awesome goal kick that actually went in, SODACHE:), sneaking bridge, making new friends, meeting my new class:), meeting new seniors who are super nice people, bitching and gossiping with many many people, stalking guys, laughing at kai's taste, having long gettingtoknowyou sessions:), meeting stalkers on long bus rides, laughing at lousy directional senses:), fielding personal questions, collapsing at class bench every morning, pinning up the uniform in front of the mirror everyday, unexpected impromptu dinners, ranting about how much i love apollo, mugging fac dance secretly, screaming for shaun everytime we start dancing fac dance, telling alston he was cute HAHAHA, all the ultra-fun times with 10s7p so far, winning a blackberry bold:), trying to contain our laughter when classmates run out during lectures to try to win more, arguing over who got the blackberry, jfoo - enough said, of sprained fingers that looks worse than it actually is, of making actual friends with guys, of new experiences, belonging to a faculty i love wholeheartedly, respecting fac comm ttmax, watching dahwei cry and starting to cry too, campfire, crazily highing with all my best friends, my old friends, and my new ones, running like a maniac behind people i don't even know, loving hwachong with all my heart, we pwn selffar in track rugby bball vball nball trug and esp polo, messaging my seniors frantically gushing, pretending not to see my brother omw everywhere then turning around and shouting HI!, getting the habit of walking into toilets for the awesome fulllength mirrors:), enjoying the slack week of lectures before chinese new year, insinuating shaunxjanice!^^, and friendships as a result of orientation that hopefully will last a damn long time.

chinese new year's been boring so far and promises to be goddamn boring. I've visited a total of one person, all i've been doing is cooking and sleeping at home. yes j i'm a pig.......let sigh :( cny eve was pretty awesome, had the best saturday morning i've had in a while:) best is when i sleep all the way until 12 yeah. woke up at an obscene hour like 645am, stoned in bed for a while sending ridiculous messages, spent a coupla hours w j at the beach getting thoroughly sunburnt, talked about everything under the sun....literally HAHAHA. pics might be on fb in a bit...walked like hell to parkway, walked trying to find breakfast, spent an inordinate sum at starbucks, sent him to bustop due to aforementioned lousy directional sense, came home, practised piano, fell asleep, went for piano:(, came back, made dumplings, made carrot cake, had dumplings BLAH BLAH BLAH FAST FORWARD TO SLEEP.

woke up! awesome. made pineapple tarts etc, stoned around for the afternoon, went out came back, found three other people equally free so played bridge w joey hw and zinc. as usual got completely niaoed by hw, won some lost more HAHAHAHA SORRY HW, went to bed at 12.

Yesterday spent most of the day with NAPS people alena ernie WW and WA HAHA :') had maybe the most fun i've had this holiday other than UK? it's funny how comfortable Joey and I feel around them considering how we haven't seen them for seven years, but the feeling is rly super nice. stressedddddd i'm finally feeling the eoy pressure lols after like two weeks of exams. today was mathhhhhh? yesterday went to study w xeo/addie/ruioz/jen at bishan library, productive ttm i'm serious! one of my first actual damn productive sessions and also v entertaining hahaha "shit where did my chair go"! :):):):) i enjoy stealing people's chairs-
yupppppp then went back to marymount and got the hugest freaking shock of my life when my mum phoned jen/kai to find out where i was (freakyyyyyyyy) yupp i was actually STUDYING MATH -insertmuggerfacehere- so that was creepy.
went home and half-mugged half-panicked (more like full-panicked). studied like crazy, made icecream, finished it, went offline at one plus. being the crazy person that i am i ttly couldn't get to sleep cause bloody math formulas were running thru my brain so i phoned kai whining about how i couldn't sleep. ironically enough after i hung up i feel asleep immediately.
woke up, fell asleep again, woke up, decided not to wear uniform(Y), went to kap. studied like a retard. ++ lots of doing nonsense with pam/sal because we gave up on math like everyone should.
went back to school and played bridge to destress-

Mmmm you know dreams are this huge mystery and there're so many subtypes of dreams like lucid dreaming etc it's quite scary not knowing how dreams actually work and the world we as we know it could be one huge dream of like a giant or something and when he wakes up we're all going to poof and not exist anymore and instead in the real world there'll be unicorns and dragons because I mean seriously that's reality, we're just a dream.?

Anyway so taking what I'm in now as reality (which is quite a long shot) and what occured last night when I was asleep otherwise commonly known as a dream...as a dream, I think i've finally learnt to tell the difference between dream and reality and it's not by randomly pinching myself or asking people to slap me so I'll wake up from the life that can sometimes become a nightmare.

That's because in dreams you're everything a normal person should be, an awesome combination of sweet and sexy and just macho enough or in short my dream guy (I guess that's why they call them dreams hurhur)

And then in reality you're not.

In dreams you're so different from who you really are and who I've learnt to call you and the side of you you let me see and the you that I've grown used to, which sucks ttm thanks.

So thanks to you it's damn easy to tell the difference between dreams and reality now.

'AHA UNRELIABLE THEREFORE CANNOT BE TRUSTED' yea wtv i trust that k. go wiki if u must. and screw you if you believe its a tribulation designed by god to make you stronger. so when things go wrong, 'god has a reason for this, its to make us stronger/wtv'. when things go right, 'oh it must be the divine work of god'.

honestly, i still believe the afterlife, god, religion, karma are all artificial constructs. definitely there are some ways bad deeds can come around and kick your ass later but thats just cause and effect. not... things piling up on a scale being weighed against your miserably few good deeds.

Watched Dance Subaru with Zinc and Kai today it was unbelievable. The first part was so emotional and awesome (esp. the part where the twins do the cygnets dance! lovely lovely) and the later part was just a whirl of incredible dance. The lead is damnnn pretty and freaking looks almost exactly like jorene omg. Or how she'll look like in like ten years time! ASDF SUPER HOT (yes this is a compliment reney!)

HAHAHA on the MRT zinc gave kai a flyer - How To Lose Weight Through Qigong HAHHA super amusing cause the class was for (and I directly quote) "big-bellied white-collar workers whom have uncontrollable eating habits"-------- SO KAI.

Then walked bugis street...uneventful to say the least srsly. Mmm then we ate something oh yes delifrance near oschool students meals are gooooooood! walked back to bugis - cold storage, to buy stuff for cake yes then went home. OH on the bus there was this pair of brothers sitting like two rows in front of me playing My Humps damnnn loudly it was fucking annoying my god and it's not only ONCE it's like MULTIPLE TIMES omg omg omg the whole fifteen minute ride home was horrible.

Then got home...poked the lamb shanks I was experimenting with then went to start on the tiramisu for Kai's birthday. Arranged the ladyfingers weirdly to do something new hope it doesn't all fall apart tomorrow lol. Tomorrow is sausage buns and birthday cupcakes(?) aye. OH AND SLEEPOVER!

HI anyway it is a week to start of school and since the homework has been mostly neglected (not to mention revision) houston we have a problem so the answer is H1N1! Not that I'm advocating H1N1 but you get my meaning.

Yesterday was wonderful:) Bummed around in the morning then Parkway w mum to shop for her stuff so I went to Borders and guess what I found Comanche heart!(L) I couldn't believe it hahaha so I just sat there and read for like three plus hours. And everyone knows that all Catherine Anderson books are so emotional it's incredibly hard for anyone not to cry when reading it so everyone sitting around me at Borders yesterday must've wondered why I was tearing so much :/ Finished it loved it shall buy it sometime later. Dinner at Sakae was surprisingly good :)

RAWRRRRRR anyway spent last night trying to get ideas for birthday cupcakes...got highly distressed because I couldn't find a nice one hmmm received a very strange phone call! but quite amusing at the same time. Oh yes sleepover 24th-25th for Kai's birthday yay.

Omg today was hilarious tried baking a lemon curd tart which came out tres DISASTER okay actually it wasn't that bad. Just quite funny. I took like one or two pictures of the final tart which actually looked quite decent...then I destroyed it :( with jen laughing like a hyena the whole time.

Watched Hannah Montana and Terminator Salvation today - Terminator w Leon. Both movies were pretty asdf weird. Spent a couple of hours just talking and talking after Terminator, it was really fun thanks :) Dance in the evening...like mentioned before dance was painful. I think I might have pulled something which was still hurting from last week zzz never mind no physical activity for the next couple of days anyway oh wait cycling with teammates T.T

Since there's nothing to do tomorrow I think I'll just bake the whole day :D awesome awesome.

Baking is love! Bought a 25cm tart mould today inserts-euphoria-here so I think I'll make something on Thursday night for the teammates who're coming over this friday(L) Made 24 basic cupcakes yesterday just to test out the new oven...I made up the recipe myself because I couldn't remember my old favourite and I couldn't find a satisfactory one checking the net. Subbed applesauce for butter! :) worked out beautifully, shall try subbing more than half next time hahahahahha. The cupcakes were all gone within a couple of hours (AMK GRC MP Lee Bee Wah came over and consumed very many of them HAHHAHAHA).

Last night was pure horrible...turned the computer off at one and got into bed to read. I was reading ultimately peacefully with an awesome Lisa Kleypes book when suddenly the reading lamp, the aircon and the fan turned off. Aiya basically I was damn upset cause I had to take the handphone and start fiddling with the fuse box (DOWNSTAIRS) which meant I had to climb out of nice cold bed and get out into the awful warm corridor zzz. And I couldn't find anything wrong with the fuse box and this was AFTER I ran around the house shutting off all the plugs. Yupp all three freaking stories of it. THEN NOTHING WAS WRONG ASDF so I went upstairs and resigned myself to the fate that I'd have to bathe again after I got up and then I rolled the blinds up completely and threw the windows wide open (therefore vulnerable to birds flying in) and tied up my hair and pinned up my fringe LOL and then tried to go to sleep on the floor. My mum swears that when she suffocated in her room at three am she came downstairs to find both my brother and I stretched out on the floor sweating our asses off (no aircon AND fan alright it's torture).

RAWR.

Anyway yes then I got woken up at seven by some smses then I just lay on the floor for a while feeling...hot. THEN THE BLESSED AIRCON AND FAN CAME ONNNNNNNNNNN!!! Holy freaking shit it was awesome. So I launched myself into bed disregarding how gross I was and just slept and slept and slept and slept some more so gooooooooood. Until Beatrice Tan phoned and woke me up oh tian.

Bummed around in the morning while the electricity tripped half a dozen times (luckily I have a laptop teehee) then got out of the house to meet bea SUPPOSEDLY AT TWO but nooooooo apparently I mixed up times HAHAHA anyway so spent a long time at Brasbasah plus library before meeting her at the library. Obviously didn't get any work done, went to bugis to shop! Got an adorable aldo crystal heart ring for a steal of $7.50 bea got the same thing yay and she bought totally useless but cute hairbands yupppppp. Bus-ed home, and here we are! I mean here I am.

I can't express how much I need http://www.wikihow.com/Cheer-Up right now, how much I need to talk to you right now if just to understand what the hell is going on, how much I need to go out with you right now, how much I need to rant to you right now, how much I want you to come back to Singapore right now, and how much I want you to come online right now to somewhat assure me there'll always be people there when I need them. Which happens to be right now.

The week's been a whirlwind of nothingness; I've just been sleeping in late wasting away my time on the computer filling the time with going out and getting lost and eating and eating and eating and eating and eating...which probably contributed to why my mum called me fat just now and encouraged me to eat a lot less. Bloody hell not everyone needs to be a size two to look good.

I can't really explain my mood right now...completely utterly confused would be a good place to start with. Why why why why why why why just keeps circling around and around in my head and it has been for the past what couple of months? and as every single day passes I just have more and more questions and fewer and fewer answers.

There's really so much more I want to type but it's not something for a public blog.

Pretty much always second-best, yes?

On a humongus lighter note: I am going to become a housewife. Yupp, that's right, no more med school for me! Instead I'm going to stay at home and cook and cook and cook and cook and eat and eat and eat and eat and eat some more because a huge span of counter top with a floury rolling pin and a board and a gleaming red Kitchenaid mixer and a terrifying Cuisinart ice-cream maker taking up squatters' rights on the expanse of counter top with a proper multi-level oven underneath it and a deliciously clean stovetop to make messes on...sounds like heaven. And hey - I'd be in America, the berries are so much cheaper there. Of course there'll be a maid to do the cleaning up - I'm only interested in the-before.

Tried making Creme caramel just now...Uh I thought the milk mixture was way too eggy and the end result wasn't creamy enough as well. Suggestions: Cutting down the egg (maybe even reducing it to one egg) and adding heavy cream in Step 5.

It does look awesomely authentic though! Eh, in my personal noob opinion.

Oh and I'm really happy with the way the caramel turned out; first time making! It's really magical how this awesome sweet stuff is produced and I'm looking forward to making David Lebovitz's Salted Butter Caramel Icecream when I get the icecream maker.

W, t, f I'm at the library now and incredibly freaking bored with LA which I've been trying to do for the whole day...yeah didn't go to school today to rush portfolio and when I say rush I really do mean holy cow look at that train go ZZZ methinks kai and the rest are at sungei buloh now(?) so uh yeah thank god for late nights and late mornings and second-last days of school.

How does one write a personal statement to do with how LA has shaped my life? especially since 1. I strongly dislike LA and 2. I can't tell LA teachers how LA has had no influence in my life so far. Mmmph I have like twenty other components to go plus everything in the five-part cycle so uh yeah quite screwed even tho I've been working on it for the better part of today so far.

HAHAHA shit the song is circling around and around in my head from playing it too often during class AND singing it to jen very very loudly. Sabbats! was actually rly fun today, from biodiversity to, uh, chinese remedial.

We preserved a crab, paparazzied it and er...yeah. We must have taken a few hundred pictures of the crab. And the crickets were gross. When zinc sends the pics then i'll upload them lol. Jen kai zinc!<3

Then chinese remedial er actually didn't fall asleep for the whole two hours plus :D the teacher is actually pretty awesome compared to laoshi even tho laoshi is incredibly nice.

Uh, then rushed home w kai and zinc! hacked away at the frozen yoghurt...literally. Then shipped kai to the salon to remove her dingo eyebrows, highly amusing! so freaking hot the entire day wtf wtf. Bused to PP ate icecream shopped a bit ate some brilliant stuff at delifrance then dreamt up an awesome birthday present for the four of us :) went to popular to buy stuff for the present and planned it all the way home, love love love love love!

Yesterday was CSM, quite quite quite boring. High points were er...caijing's cookies! Really boring yes. Then went w zinc kai jen gum xeo addie to Cine to watch Angels and Demons, loved it! Even tho it's like quite scary HAHAHA when the guys die etc but...I thought it deviated from the book a little bit too much. And langdon isn't supposed to be that old. Mmph it was okay anyway. Then journeyed to f21 at wisma and impulsively bought stuff, went to far east and...just about died. Cause uh broke plus...not very interested yeah.

HI SOCRATIC SEMINAR NOW but I can't follow cause I'm not actually listening and no one's actually connecting to each other's point and just randomly jumping all over the place wts -.- WHAT zzz. Anyway yesterday. Went out w kai, went raffles place and national library and marina. Uh huh quite fun spent my extremely limited amount of money on uhm accessories. Some necklace with key and heart which I absolutely love love love even though it was exorbitant :/ and er some ring from diva which is rly nice as well and I need to go back and spam the rings cause...yeah. Cleared my accessory tree yesterday and realised there's incredibly little stuff that I actually do wear on a regular basis.
