Happy birthday mummy<3>and thanks kor for paying HAHAHAHAHAHA thirty five freaking bucks for icecream glad it's not me!

Tried making Creme caramel just now...Uh I thought the milk mixture was way too eggy and the end result wasn't creamy enough as well. Suggestions: Cutting down the egg (maybe even reducing it to one egg) and adding heavy cream in Step 5.

It does look awesomely authentic though! Eh, in my personal noob opinion.

Oh and I'm really happy with the way the caramel turned out; first time making! It's really magical how this awesome sweet stuff is produced and I'm looking forward to making David Lebovitz's Salted Butter Caramel Icecream when I get the icecream maker.
