I survived second round of CSP today.
(:

And me and sal were talking about how our school is so broke. And how they can't prioritise the money that they DO have.
Like we raised over 200 freaking thousand bucks year before last to paint our school. The school campus's maybe around five years old. It isn't going to turn black in at least another ten years.
And while we spend so much time planning and executing and raising funds for relatively unimportant events, the CCAs who require their students to buy super outrageously expensive crap don't get subsidised. At all.
Like softball has to spend a few hundred dollars on equipment and uniforms alone. And our school managed to buy a couple of hundred tablets for the teachers and like another hundred PC's for the labs. If the school just didn't buy one freaking tablet they could set the whole softball team with ALL their equipment.
And I just read chrissy's blog and she was complaining about how their choir gowns and shoes and jacket's and whatnot were so expensive as well, and how they don't get subsidised at all.
For me I just realised how much a hundred and fifty bucks for a pair of shoes was.
