i have decided to do this post in bright green.
for absolutely no reason at all.
except the one: JUST BECAUSE I WANNA.

ooh. reminds me of this song that i used to love;
"Why you gotta play that song so loud
Because we want to! Because we want to!
Why you always run around in crowds
Because we want to! Because we want to!
Why do you have to dance all night
Because we want to! Because we want to!
Why do you always say what's on your mind
Because we want to! Because we want to!"

i think i'm damn wuliao. and and and the song had cool dance steps too :D

anyway, i was wondering why the hell is everybody beating themselves up and emo-ing because of their results? basically you just need to pass 65% and you're okay. its no use moaning about it when you know you cant do anything to change your marks. (yes, i am talking to you, hsien. and cocolette, and um, those over-achieving ppl. im not saying its not great to set high targets, but you dont have to beat yourself up over it when you know you cant change anything anymore).

i think most of these people actually hit a A1 average, and thats pretty good, even if you're not the top in your class; or the top ten; or the top twenty (okay you should be if you got a A1 average). but still, nobody should compare themselves to other people. compare with your own goals and not with peiling or zinc or huiyi. they worked hard to achieve what they got.

and anyway we should be as smart as them, technically speaking :D maybe they a) pay attention in class b) study harder c) generally, um, study harder. and we can all do these. so we shouldnt compare ourselves to them.

and basically, yeah, dont beat yourself up over it. i think i may have repeated this phrase three times. or four.

cheer up people :D
